The Opportunity - The Partnerships Enablement Specialist will be pivotal in GNAME’s entry into the US market, acting as the bridge between strategy and execution. - This role is not traditional support; it is the engine room of the partner ecosystem. - Responsibilities include equipping partners with tools, narratives, and visuals to ensure their success, refining the advocate program, and streamlining cross-border workflows between Singapore and the US. - The goal is to ensure partners are not just signed, but successfully activated and thriving. Key Responsibilities - Asset Creation: Develop high-impact pitch decks, playbooks, and case studies tailored for the US market and the first 50 brand advocates. - Operational Excellence: Build and maintain the "source of truth" for revenue performance and retention. - Onboarding & Training: Design the end-to-end journey for new advocates, ensuring they understand the GNAME value proposition and have the resources to represent the brand authentically. - Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the "connective tissue" between the organization and accounts to ensure brand consistency across all partner touchpoints. - Market Intel: Monitor the competitive landscape in the US domain and tech space to refine "trust by proxy" messaging. Who You Are - The Optimizer: You instinctively seek ways to automate or streamline manual processes. - The Storyteller: You can translate complex technical infrastructure into compelling narratives for partners. - The Global Strategist: You understand the nuances of working across time zones and cultures, especially bridging Asian and North American business styles. - The Self-Starter: You thrive in a small, agile team environment and own your projects from ideation to delivery. Requirements - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Partnerships, Sales Enablement, Account Management, or Marketing Operations. - Proven experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, ideally for a tech or SaaS company expanding into new territories. - Exceptional communication skills, able to command attention and deliver impactful messages. - Familiarity with the tech ecosystem, ideally in US territories, and experience building trust-based marketing programs. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for easier stakeholder liaison.
