Key Responsibilities - Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. - Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed. - Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs. - Measure project performance. - Report and escalate issues to management as needed. - Ensure resource availability and allocation. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Create and maintain project documentation. Requirements Education and Experience - Degree in Computer Science or related Technology disciplines, or equivalent business experience. - Minimum 7 years of project management experience. - Proven track record of delivering complex projects. - Strong understanding of project management tools. Skills and Knowledge - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. - Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS). - Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and integration patterns. - Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks. - Experience with CI/CD tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Professional Certification - PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.
