Job responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their business requirements and objectives. - Provide expert recommendations and solutions to meet client needs using B2B SaaS products. - Lead the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions with client systems. - Conduct presales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions. - Perform API integration and customization using Java and Python coding. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
