The company supports enterprise clients with secure, compliant, and scalable payment ecosystems and is expanding its regional product offerings. We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the card issuance business. About the Opportunity This is a strategic product leadership role focused on building and scaling card issuance capabilities for both consumer and enterprise segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the product roadmap, ecosystem partnerships, and delivering innovative card solutions across physical and virtual payment products. Key Responsibilities - Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for card issuance products. - Lead the development of card programs, including prepaid, debit, virtual, and corporate card solutions. - Manage end-to-end product delivery from ideation, design, launch, to post-launch optimization. - Collaborate with issuer processors, banking partners, BIN sponsors, and card schemes such as Visa and Mastercard. - Define and enhance card features, including spend controls, tokenization, rewards, foreign exchange capabilities, transaction limits, and fraud monitoring. - Work closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and risk teams to ensure scalable and compliant product delivery. - Drive third-party integrations with payment networks, processors, and API-based financial platforms. - Analyze transaction data, customer insights, and market trends to improve product performance and user experience. - Prepare business cases, product requirement documentation, performance metrics, and commercialization strategies. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum 5–8 years of product management experience within fintech, banking, payments, or card issuing environments. - Strong domain expertise in card issuance ecosystems, payment operations, issuer processing, and scheme integrations. - Proven experience managing card products such as prepaid, debit, credit, or virtual cards. - Good understanding of payment flows, including authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, and dispute management. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams. - Analytical mindset with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and execution capabilities. - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
