Position: HR Manager for Japan Region Location: Tokyo, Japan Job Responsibilities: 1. Strategic planning and business support In line with the business goals in Japan, formulate and implement local human resource strategies, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and talent development plans. As a business partner, we provide human resource advice to regional management to support business decision-making and organizational development. 2. Talent recruitment and employer branding Lead the recruitment of all functions in the Japan region (with a focus on positions such as logistics, supply chain, operations and sales), optimize the recruitment process and enhance recruitment efficiency. Maintain and enhance the company's employer brand in the Japanese market, and expand local recruitment channels (such as campus recruitment, cooperation with industry associations, etc.). 3. Employee Relations and Compliance Management Ensure that human resource policies and practices fully comply with Japanese labor laws and regulations (such as the Labor Standards Act, the Equal Employment Opportunity Act for Men and Women, etc.). Handle employee relations affairs, including dispute mediation, discipline management and resignation procedures, and maintain a healthy working environment. 4. Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management Manage the salary and welfare system in the Japanese region, conduct market benchmarking analysis to ensure salary competitiveness and internal fairness, and manage daily salary disbursement and other work matters. Implement a global performance management system and assist department heads in completing the process of goal setting, evaluation and feedback. 5. Training and organizational Development Identify the team's capability gaps, design training plans (such as leadership development, cross-cultural communication, etc.), and enhance employees' professional qualities. Promote the construction of organizational culture and facilitate the implementation of the company's values within the local team. 6. Human resources data analysis Regularly analyze human resource indicators (such as turnover rate, recruitment cost, and employee satisfaction) to provide data support for management decisions.
