Job responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. - Provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline. - Collaborate with leadership to identify and address key people-related challenges and opportunities within the organization. - Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with Averis' values and mission. - Implement and manage HR programs, policies, and processes to support business goals and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HR practices and business outcomes. - Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. - Facilitate change management initiatives and provide support during organizational transformations. - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner. - Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities. Job requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus. - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. - Experience in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. - Proficiency in HR analytics and the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
