Job Responsibilities • Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy aligned with revenue and sales objectives. • Drive demand generation and lead management across digital channels to support both B2B and consumer markets. • Own and optimise all digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence and strong conversion performance. • Track marketing performance, manage budgets, and ensure clear ROI and commercial impact. • Lead Go-To-Market strategies and product positioning for new product launches. • Align channel, partner, and trade marketing activities with regional strategies. • Lead and develop the marketing team while managing external agencies. • Act as the key marketing liaison with regional stakeholders and Japan HQ. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage. • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, email marketing systems). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies. • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is highly preferred. • Creative and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for emerging digital trends. • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. • Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g. Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are an added advantage.
