Position: Pipeline Engineer Project: Oil & Gas EPC Pipeline Projects (Saudi Arabia) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Responsibilities: - Lead and manage pipeline engineering activities for large-scale EPC oil & gas projects. - Review and approve pipeline design drawings, isometrics, and engineering documents. - Supervise pipeline construction, installation, and field fit-up activities. - Manage pipeline hydrostatic testing, pigging, and pre-commissioning activities. - Coordinate with client (Saudi Aramco), subcontractors, and multi-discipline teams. - Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES), ASME, and international codes. - Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). - Track progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project management. - Mentor and manage local and expatriate pipeline teams. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - 10+ years of hands-on experience in oil & gas pipeline construction and installation (EPC projects). - Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage. - Proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), ASME B31.3/B31.4/B31.8. - Strong experience with pipeline welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), hydrotesting, and commissioning. - Ability to read and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, and engineering drawings. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus. - Valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
