Overseas B2B Sales Manager (Mobile Business)

Job Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain overseas B2B markets, including enterprise clients, carriers, and distributors, to achieve sales targets. - Lead commercial negotiations and contract signing for mobile terminal products such as smartphones, tablets, and IoT devices with overseas enterprise clients. - Identify and follow up on the needs of overseas industry clients, providing customized solutions such as Mobile Device Management (MDM) and enterprise-customized devices. - Build and maintain overseas channel partnerships, including distributors, system integrators (SI), and large enterprise buyers. - Gather competitive intelligence from overseas markets and provide recommendations for product improvement and market strategy. - Represent the company at international trade shows (e.g., MWC, CES) to expand brand influence. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above, with preference for majors in telecommunications, marketing, international trade, or related fields. - At least 3 years of B2B sales experience; background in mobile terminals, telecom, or consumer electronics is preferred. - Fluent in English (written and spoken) for independent overseas business negotiations; proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus. - Familiarity with overseas enterprise procurement processes; candidates with carrier or large enterprise client resources are preferred. - Strong cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability for business travel and overseas assignments. - Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and results-oriented.
